This device monitors and records a wide variety of functions using the safety criteria entered. In addition to continuous time and temperature recording of your bulk tank, the Milk Guard will raise an early alarm of many conditions that may affect the good quality of your milk – giving you ample time to correct the problem before any damage is done.

Time/Temperature data, alarms and alarm acknowledgements are electronically stored and can be retrieved at a later date for analysis or future “proof of performance” reporting. Furthermore, the Milk Guard will help monitor the washing of your tank and pipeline and will raise an alarm if minimum temperatures are not reached for proper cleaning.
